Information we may receive

• Basic website analytics or server logs if enabled by the hosting provider.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver agreed work, manage records, meet legal and accounting obligations, and improve service quality. We do not sell personal information.

AI processing consent

QSS is an AI-forward business. Information you send to QSS may be processed with AI systems for triage, quoting, drafting, summarising, analysis, workflow planning, service delivery, quality review, and record preparation. By sending an enquiry, email, brief, attachment, or project material to QSS, you consent to this AI-assisted processing for those purposes.

Sensitive information

Please do not send passwords, credentials, private client records, health information, financial records, or other sensitive material by email unless a suitable handling arrangement has been agreed first.

AI-assisted work

Human review remains part of the service, but AI systems may assist with most information handling and work production. Sensitive information should be minimised or removed before AI-assisted processing unless explicit handling terms have been agreed.

Service providers and overseas processing

QSS may use service providers for email, hosting, security, storage, productivity tools, and AI-assisted processing. Some providers may process or store information outside Australia. QSS takes reasonable steps to choose reputable providers and limit information shared to what is needed for the relevant work.

Access, correction, and complaints

You can ask to access or correct personal information QSS holds about you. You can also contact QSS if you have a privacy concern or want information deleted where deletion is lawful and practical.

Marketing

QSS does not currently operate an email newsletter. If QSS sends commercial electronic messages in future, those messages will identify QSS and include a practical way to opt out.
